Limited group of pilot partners will enter their training offerings into UAccess Learning's catalog and test those offerings. At the end of this pilot period, UAccess Learning will go live and become the system of record for those trainings: Human Resources' New Employee Orientation, Office for the Responsible Conduct of Research's Conflict of Interest, Financial Services Office's policy training, University Information Technology Services' UAccess systems training.

UAccess Learning will be the system of record for the classes and workshops that were part of the pilot.

Phase Two

June 2014 - October 2014

Additional departments will enter their training offerings into UAccess Learning's catalog. By the end of this pilot period, UAccess Learning will be the system of record for those additional trainings. During this period, the project team will also establish a process for continuing to add additional training to UAccess Learning's catalog. 

In addition, we will implement additional functions of UAccess Learning during this second phase. 

Ongoing

November 2014 - ?

Additional departments will be added to UAccess Learning on an ongoing basis. As each department finishes adding their training offerings to UAccess Learning, UAccess Learning will become the system of record for those offerings.
