2020 UAccess Symposium Sponsorship Opportunities

There are several levels of event sponsorship opportunities to best meet your organization’s budget, marketing needs, and desire to reach the University of Arizona business and financial communities with your message. Gold Event Sponsor - $1,000

The entire amount of your sponsorship is tax deductible.

Opportunity to donate and present a prize of nominal value on stage for a participant prize drawing.
Designated display table.
Sponsor name or logo on event website, with link to sponsor website.
Sponsor name or logo in program and in pre-event slideshow.
Sponsor logo items (pens, note pads, etc.) included in Symposium bag.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all Symposium attendees at no cost.

Silver Event Sponsor - $750

The entire amount of your sponsorship is tax deductible.

Designated display table.
Sponsor name or logo on event website, with link to sponsor website.
Sponsor name or logo in program and in pre-event slideshow.
Sponsor logo items (pens, note pads, etc.) included in Symposium bag.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided for all Symposium attendees at no cost.

Bronze Event Sponsor - $500

The entire amount of your sponsorship is tax deductible.

Sponsor name or logo on event website, in program, and in pre-event slideshow.
Sponsor logo items (pens, note pads, etc.) included in Symposium bag.

Sponsorship at this level does not include a designated display table. You may provide promotional materials, which we will include in the Symposium bag for you.

Donation Instructions: Sponsor monetary donations are being accepted online only. The deadline for sponsorship submission is March 14, 2020.

Select Sponsorship Level and "Register as an Organization" to use corporate credit card.
Enter company information and click Pay Now.

In accordance with IRS tax-deductible guidelines, donation amounts are tax-deductible.

Please note that refunds are not available and cannot be granted.

Deadlines and Artwork Specifications

Submit vector art EPS and PNG logo files by March 21, 2020.
Submit branded items/merchandise for distribution at Symposium by April 1, 2020. You may, of course, bring items with you for distribution at your display table.
